Maria obtained her Bachelor of Laws – LL.B degree (2016) and Master of International Commercial & Business Law – LL.M (2017) from the University of Essex, UK. In 2017, she returned to Cyprus and undertook her obligatory one year period training as a trainee lawyer at our office. Maria has been a part of our team since then.
Maria leads our Corporate Department which handles, inter alia, the registration of business entities and the provision thereto of corporate management and fiduciary services. Maria provides clients with end-to-end assistance throughout the corporate life cycle, from incorporation to dissolution, as well as managing any necessary adjustments or structural changes along the way.
Maria also liaises with the Department of Registrar of Companies and various governmental authorities in Cyprus and internationally, ensuring efficient handling of regulatory matters on behalf of clients. She collaborates extensively with banks, financial institutions, service providers, and auditing firms to offer clients seamless support. Maria provides also immigration guidance to assist businesses and their employees with regulatory and residency requirements, making cross-border transitions smooth and efficient. Her commitment to transparent communication makes her a trusted advisor, empowering clients to make confident, well-informed business decisions.
